Plain version: the estimate form doesn't send or store anything by itself. It opens your email app with your answers filled in, and I only get them if you press Send. No analytics, no ads, no tracking.
Who I am
Creo is a web design studio run by a student developer and operated by Clarke Solutions, Inc. ("Creo", "I", "we"), based in North Carolina. Contact: creo.webdev@gmail.com.
What I collect, and why
When you use the estimator
Your choices and the price are worked out in your browser and are not sent anywhere. If you press Submit request, your email app opens with a message to me containing your selections and anything you typed: your business, goals, and your email (required so I can reply). A phone number is optional. Nothing reaches me until you press Send.
When you become a client
I keep what's needed to build and run your site: your contact details, the content and photos you give me for the site, and billing records.
When I run an AI automation for you
An automation works on your business's own data: the emails, enquiries or website chats it was built to handle, and the information you give it to answer from. That text is sent to an AI provider to be processed, only to run the automation you ordered. I never sell it, use it for anything else, or use it to train anything. The details, including how long it's kept, are in section 6 of the Terms.
When you just browse
Nothing is collected by this website itself. The host keeps standard server logs, and Google Fonts sees your IP address.
Who else is involved
| Provider | What it does | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Netlify, Inc. | Hosts this site and client sites | Standard server logs: IP address, browser, pages requested, time |
| Google Fonts (Google LLC) | Serves the typefaces | IP address and browser details when a page loads |
| Google Gmail (Google LLC) | My email inbox | Any email you send me, including estimate requests |
| AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI, named in your quote) | Runs the AI automations I build for clients | Only the text a client's automation handles: emails, enquiries or chat messages for that business |
How long I keep it
Estimate requests that don't become projects: up to 12 months, then deleted. Client records: for as long as I host or maintain your site, plus the period tax records must be kept (generally up to 7 years). Files you sent for a site are deleted within 90 days of the project ending, or handed back to you, unless you ask me to keep them.
Your rights and choices
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, except for anything we're legally required to keep. Email creo.webdev@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We'll never charge you for this or treat you differently for asking.
Depending on where you live you may have extra rights, for example under California's CCPA/CPRA, other US state privacy laws, or the UK and EU GDPR. Contact us and we'll honor whichever applies to you.
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising or any other purpose, and we don't use it to build profiles about you.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. I don't knowingly collect their information.

None are set. See the Cookie Policy.
Changes
If what I collect changes, this page and its date change first.
